From the moment the and my partner entered the building we were treated really nicely and with respect.

All of the staff at St Luke's were incredible: from the warm welcome at reception, to the attentive and compassionate care team.
Always friendly, caring and willing and ready to help however they could; they made an incredibly difficult time as easy as it could be - they looked after my aunt so well, we never had any concerns, and I do not believe she could have received better care in any way. They all made us feel like they were caring for one of their own - not that it was just a job. They laughed with us, cried with us, and really got to know my aunt and the family, and went above and beyond every single day my aunt was there.
The staff were always around to talk to - they were patient, understanding and so, so helpful. They took care of everything (as well as us), so that we could focus on being together as a family. There are not enough words to say how thankful we are as a family, and I honestly cannot thank them or praise them enough for everything they have done.
